I am a nurse and nurse practitioner with over 40 years of experience focused on clinical care, patient advocacy, and education. My background includes work in private practice, various clinical settings, emergency departments, and the pharmaceutical industry. I have assisted patients in understanding and managing complex conditions such as cardiovascular disease, endocrine disorders, cancers, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, asthma, allergy, and other chronic and acute illnesses.

For over 35 years, I have led health and wellness ministries dedicated to empowering individuals and families to enhance nutrition, reduce disease risks, medication overload, and embrace healthier lifestyles. My passion is to equip people to actively engage in their healthcare, make informed decisions, and achieve lasting, better health outcomes.
